I have been going to Shawn Brinza for a few years now. Right from the first the new experience of trying the different types of massages was fantastic. It is good to treat your body to a massage, I like the 1 1/2 hour massage every two weeks. I had never had such a fantastic feeling of calm and understanding of my body before. I started noticing my health was improving because of it!

She always asked how I was doing and what was happening with my body, which determined what she was going to do that day. Recently my back became so painful and I couldn't walk, due to a slipped disk. Doctors want to do surgery and fuse them together. This was due to a couple of car accidents over thirty years ago. The arthritis in the knees prevented me from straightening my legs out. Doctors had always told me just deal with it! Shawn has been massaging, twisting and stretching my muscles and tendons. I can now say I can straighten my legs almost flat now and mobility has improved too!
